We bring more than 20 years' experience to theoretical studies, field campaigns and data analysis. Our work is primarily observational and often includes significant effort to design and build innovative, autonomous instruments to survive in harsh environments.
We are located right on Scotland's largest sea loch - Loch Linnhe - with easy access to deep water test sites using our workboat. Combined with our new workshop facilities, we can quickly prototype and test the innovative marine hardware connected with our research. Our blue-skies research is primarily funded by governmental bodies and we gratefully acknowledge ongoing funding from the European Commission and the US Office of Naval Research (ONR). Since we are not trying to sell you anything online - we write research proposals for that - the primary aim of this website is to provide a portal for accessing our scientific publications and publicly-funded datasets |
